Every week, we produce a ton of off-cuts to get the perfect rectangular slices you see on the website and at the farm. These are exactly the same as the regular slices, sometimes with a twist e.g. fillings get caramelised on the edge. The flavours are random and could include a selection from the current week's menu or from private orders. Off-cuts are in high demand so your order may be put on a waiting list.
If you're not bothered by presentation and just want a tasty box you can pick at throughout the week, this is the box for you. It's better value than a regular box and includes most of the week's flavours.

Please note that while every care has been taken in removing parchment paper from the baking process, it is possible that some may remain.
